Health Insurance Discounts

The program at Maplewood Community Center is transitioning to the YMCA.

Many insurance plans offer discounts on dues to belong to a gym—including the Maplewood Community Center. It’s easier than ever to get discounts on your membership if you visit the gym to work out regularly.

If you meet your insurance company’s required amount of gym visits, discounts on:

Monthly memberships are reimbursed to you as a credit toward monthly membership dues.

Annual (pre-paid) memberships are reimbursed to you by check.

Whether you have participated in the health insurance reimbursement program at Maplewood Community Center in the past, or are interested in signing up, you need to enroll with the YMCA. Have your insurance card handy and:

  • Visit Member Services at the Maplewood Community Center, or any local YMCA in the Twin Cities metro area.
  • Or call 651-249-2230.
