Mary Brehl

I’ve been a member of the YMCA team since 2012 and a Personal Trainer since 2014. My training philosophy aligns with this quote from Arthur Ashe, “Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.” It’s my goal to help you feel welcome and ready to work toward your fitness objectives. When we work together, I’ll bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm—it’s such a joy to witness changes possible at any stage of life. Outside of the Y, I love spending time with my five kids and enjoy baking.
